***UPDATE***
The latest from Chessington Golf Club is a planning application submitted recently for a "dead tree" telecommunications mast. This is still a 'phone mast for mobile telephones, but is considered to be more suitable for a "rural area" as it is meant to look like a dead tree. Not having seen one, or even a picture of one, I can't comment on that. Chessington Hall RA will oppose the application as we still do not have sufficient information as to whether these masts are harmful. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence . . . . .
